Josie Long stars in the mumblecore comedy meets socio-political drama as a romance obsessed librarian in Glasgow. In the midst of an exciting new relationship she almost forgets about the mounting political turmoil and potential right wing coup. This is Doug and Josie’s first feature film together having made two DIY short films Let’s Go Swimming. which was nominated for two BAFTA Scotland New Talent Awards for editing and photography, and Romance & Adventure.
The evening will begin with a brief introduction by Director Douglas King followed by a short stand-up set from Josie Long, and after the film Douglas and Josie will return to partake in a Q&A.
